Customers can specify tailored requirements based on material characteristics, conveying incline, and working environment—such as high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, or wear resistance—and our technical team will assist in equipment selection and the bespoke design of conveyor belts (including nylon, PVC, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrugated sidewall types) as well as non-standard components such as idlers, rollers, and support frames. From contract signing through production and delivery, we rigorously adhere to national standards, prioritize custom orders, and ensure both quality and timely delivery. Seamless pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support, coupled with a 24-hour response mechanism, provides robust assurance for your customized solutions.

Pre-sales Service

In-sales service

Production shall be organized in strict accordance with the technical requirements stipulated in the contract and relevant national standards, ensuring product quality and quantity while delivering on time to the agreed-upon location. Priority shall be given to production scheduling to the greatest extent possible to meet customer requirements.

After-sales service

Our company operates a 24-hour service system, ensuring that sales and service personnel respond within 24 hours of receiving a customer service request to promptly resolve any issues and address customer concerns.
