Product Customization Services

Customers may put forward personalized requirements based on material properties, conveying inclination and operating environments such as high temperature, flame retardancy and wear resistance. Our technical team assists in model selection and custom-tailored design for conveyor belts — including nylon, PVC, cold-resistant, high-temperature resistant and corrugated sidewall types — as well as non-standard accessories like idlers, drums and supports.

Pre-sales Service

(1) Assist customers in selecting appropriate products with the correct specifications and models based on their needs.
(2) Warmly welcome visiting customers and promptly handle customer calls, letters, faxes, and inquiries.

In-sales service

Production shall be organized in strict accordance with the technical requirements stipulated in the contract and relevant national standards, ensuring product quality and quantity while delivering on time to the agreed-upon location. Priority shall be given to production scheduling to the greatest extent possible to meet customer requirements.

After-sales service

Our company operates a 24-hour service system, ensuring that sales and service personnel respond within 24 hours of receiving a customer service request to promptly resolve any issues and address customer concerns.
